These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Unibot ("Unibot," "we," "us," or "our"), including our Telegram trading bot, website, smart contracts, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. No Financial Advice

Unibot is a self-directed software tool that enables users to interact with blockchain networks and decentralized exchanges. We do not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice.

All information provided through the Services is for informational and technical execution purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of any transaction.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law.
  • You are not located in, organized in, or a resident of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes.
  • You are not on any sanctions or restricted persons list.

We may restrict or terminate access at any time for any reason.

3. Non-Custodial Nature

Unibot is strictly non-custodial.

  • We do not hold, control, or custody user funds.
  • You retain sole control over your private keys and wallet.
  • All transactions are executed directly on blockchain networks.

You acknowledge that loss of private keys, compromised devices, phishing, or user error may result in permanent loss of funds. We are not responsible for such losses.

4. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Profitability
  • Trade execution timing
  • Order fulfillment
  • Slippage
  • Token value
  • Liquidity
  • Smart contract behavior
  • Network uptime

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You accept full responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes.

5. Risk Disclosure

You understand and accept that:

  • Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative.
  • You may lose all of your funds.
  • Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities.
  • MEV, front-running, sandwich attacks, and network congestion may affect trades.
  • Decentralized exchanges may fail or be exploited.
  • Regulatory changes may impact legality or functionality.

You assume all risks associated with using the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

UNIBOT AND ITS OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • LOSS OF FUNDS
  • TRADING LOSSES
  • LOST PROFITS
  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • DATA LOSS
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
  • SMART CONTRACT EXPLOITS
  • THIRD-PARTY FAILURES

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE LAST 30 DAYS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unibot and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws
  • Any disputes between you and third parties

8. No Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY
  • RELIABILITY
  • SECURITY
  • UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE

We do not warrant that the Services are error-free or secure.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may interact with:

  • Telegram
  • Blockchain networks
  • Wallet providers
  • Decentralized exchanges
  • RPC providers

We do not control or guarantee third-party services and are not responsible for their actions or failures.

10. Fees

We may charge protocol fees, execution fees, or other fees disclosed within the Services.

Fees may change at any time without notice. Blockchain gas fees are separate and not controlled by us.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice for any reason, including suspected abuse, legal risk, or regulatory concerns.

Termination does not limit our rights or your obligations under these Terms.

12. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, including:

  • Securities laws
  • Tax laws
  • Sanctions regulations
  • Money transmission laws
  • Trading regulations

We are not responsible for determining whether your use is lawful.

13. Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your use of the Services.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, blockchain forks, regulatory actions, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.

15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

16. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Unibot regarding the Services.
